Ascended Masters Newsletter # 14 The following channeling was recorded during a workshop based on our new book Navigating the Fourth Dimension. This is the second part of the Q&A section of the channeling. Questions and Answers, Part II Question from L.: “I’ve had the experience of somebody telling me that they are not feeling well and I say to them, well, I’ll send you some Light. Then I hang up the phone and I get busy and I haven’t actually sat down and put my hands up to send the Light but I get a call from them, and they say, ‘Oh thank you so much, it helped!’ And I think, ok… But when I asked about that [going within] what I received was that just the intention of sending the Light was all that it took.” Masters: As such, beloved daughter, the mere thought. L.: And so, from the question that P. had asked you and the answer that you gave [given in Part I], I guess, what I’m wondering is, do we overburden ourselves thinking that we have so much to do to help other people when all we have to do is intend to send them Light and love and they can then receive it and be blessed in whatever way they are willing to receive?” Masters: In truth, child, it is so. The Light is not work! It is not work. We have said to Leia and Manalus: ‘You do not work.’ They have disagreed with us [laughter]. But this is what we have said to them. P.: “I’m thinking of Jesus and the reports of the healings that he did and sometimes it was someone simply just touching the hem of his garment and so they received the healing because they believed.” Masters: It is an interactive thing. All is OM, all is One. The one you called Jesus carried the Light of the Christos. You all carry this Light, children. If you believe that you are radiating this Light, which in truth you do with each breath you take, all those who come in proximity to you will feel better. Unless they choose otherwise. Martin: “And you may touch the legs of my jeans if you wish, it will make you feel better…” [Laughter.] P.: “Don’t hold your breath…” [Laughter.] Question from G.: “Is there anything particular that I need to do since I am at the beginning of this – either, you know, just practice going in the Light or is there something more I need to do?” Masters: Would you be willing to sit and be still in this moment, child, and simply breathe the Light through your heart, and ask your own totality what else there is that I must do? What is this Light asking you to do? G.: “It is going so fast, I can’t…” Martin: “Ask it to slow down. Breathe in, let the first thought come to you without editing.” G.: “It said, dream, whatever that means.” Masters: Ask for more clarity, child. What is your heart and your Light telling you, beloved daughter? --What is your first thought that comes to your conscious mind? G.: “Something like saying, follow your dreams, listen, slow down and listen – and I don’t think I have been… So I guess that’s what I need to do.” Masters: Listen to your heart, listen to your Light. It will guide you, beloved child. It simply wishes you to sit and be still. Open to it and allow you to tell you what is in your highest good in every moment. Practice this skill, you will know. G.: “Thank you.” Question from E.: “St. Germain is of a grouping that has been working hard, we are told, with Nasara [sp?] to help stabilize our economy and government. Could you comment on that?” Masters: It is a myth that some interesting people have told you, beloved son. The beings of Light are here for one reason only: to help humanity open their hearts and connect directly to their own Light. They are not economists, they are not into real estate, they don’t know much about what foods you must eat, which clothes you must wear, whom you must elect to office, these things interest them little. All that is of interest to them is that you request their help in opening your hearts to your Light so that you can become sovereign in your own right as beings of Light. That is their sole task to humanity at this time. E.: “Thank you.” The Masters addressing an audience member directly: The one called J. How may we be of service to you, beloved son? J.: “Thank you for an opportunity. I often wonder if in my time between incarnations on the Earth plane or in other incarnations somewhere else, if my personality is vastly different or am I significantly lacking something now or am I just the same. Can you comment on that, please?” Masters: It is interesting the cloaks that you choose to wear when you come into human form, is it not? We have seldom found a human who has looked at their being without a jaundiced eye. None have said, I am perfect as I am; all have said, I wish I had chosen differently. And such is the case with you, beloved child. And yet, we ask you to understand the form you have chosen, you chose for one reason only: to help you awaken to your Light -- and it has been perfectly done for that reason. Indeed, you have lived on more than one plane, or as you would have called it, on more than one planet. You are what some would say, the term Leia is suggesting, an ET who has taken human form in this embodiment to help many awaken to their Light. You are higher-vibrational in nature than most of the humans that you see around you and this has left you feeling very different. And yet, you are a very blessed being of Light who, if you will, moves from place to place in all the universes where there is great change and great awakening occurring to be of service to the Light in these places. You do this by simply learning ever more fully how to radiate your Light at any given time in ways that aid the frequencies of whatever plane you choose to be on. Do you understand? J.: “I think I do. Yes. Thank you.” Masters: We have not told you anything you do not already know. J.: “Thank you. Blessings to you.” Masters: And to you too, beloved child. Then we thank you, beloved children, once again for asking us to be with you, for invoking the beings of Light. Understand, there are many who are with us [on the higher planes] and wish to be with you at this time. We honor you all as great beings of Light. Please allow your hearts to be open to receiving this loving energy and allowing it to fill your forms at this time. Many blessings to you all.
