Let Go

Beloved Children,

It has come to your attention that the change you are experiencing as human beings is even more rapid than before. For some of you this has been welcome, for some it has been a cause for worry and concern, and for others this has been overwhelming.

In every case it is a call to you personally from your Light to allow you to open and embrace your being as never before. The change you are observing in your Universe is indicative of great energetic shifts that are occurring now for all of existence as you know it. What this means to you and everything you perceive is that all is being bombarded ever more intensely by higher frequencies of energy. How you have chosen to be to this time will become more and more uncomfortable in the days to come.

We have shared this information with you many times before as the frequencies have continued to change. But it is useful to say this once again because the rapidity of the changes now will only increase the discomfort for those who choose to cling to how it has been. How it has been it simply is no longer -- for all of you.

We wish to clarify at this point that we come to you at your behest to tell you of these things. We are not here to ordain what is occurring or to tell you that because we bring this to your attention you must do anything. We simply are here to help you see what is occurring and offer our support and perspective. If this is useful, then we are grateful.

We will never judge the choices you will make in response to what is offered here. We cannot judge you. We can only love you unconditionally as the wondrous beings of Light that you already are.

What we do say to you is that you will notice the discomfort for yourselves and you will wish to understand what is happening, and how you can address this discomfort in your lives. What is happening, beloved friends, is that the frequencies that have existed on your plane for ages that have supported thought forms of worry, fear, anger, disease, pain, and greed are rapidly diminishing.

What this means for you and all of humanity is that it will be more of a struggle to maintain and cling to these thought forms. For those who choose to do so, these thought forms will create even more suffering.

What this also means is that if you choose to let go of these thought forms it will be easier to do so than ever before because the energy holding them in place in your being is ever more diminishing at this time. We are saying is that it is easier than ever before to release, transmute, and transform thought forms that have created suffering than it has ever been in all of creation. And you can do this now.

If this is something that you choose to do, then we can offer you an understanding in this moment of how you can do it. First and foremost, as we have said in our most recent address, simply breathe the Light as you allow a realization of how this Light fills you and gives you Life.

Allow the Light you breathe to be luminous in nature with hues of golden-white, violet, blue, green, and yellow.

As you breathe it into your being, open the wheel of Light at your heart and know that you are free now to be consumed by this Light as it fills your being.

Ask to know and feel the thought forms that have caused you suffering. Ask for gentle help and guidance to let these thought forms go. Ask to be carried by this Light as you go through this process.

As you allow the process to unfold, know and trust that this Light that fills your being is healing you as you transmute and transform what has caused you suffering for so long.

Let go of the need to have the ego mind run your life and control your being.

Turn to your Higher Self that is filled with this loving Light and allow your Higher Consciousness to be your guide. As this Light consumes and heals your being, know and trust that you are cared for. As you radiate and share this Light with your Universe, be consumed by love that you feel for everyone and everything.

Life can be less, not more, effort. Life can be free of suffering. This all can be yours now, beloved friend. Radiate this knowledge and Light into your Universe. Allow this knowledge and awareness to transform your Universe. Know this to be true. You can trust it to be true.
