Releasing the Hold of Your Ego Mind

Beloved Friends,

We are grateful to Leia for allowing us to be with you this day. We understand that many of you are feeling that your lives have become even more demanding. If you are taking the time to sit and be still and allow our words into your beings, then we are grateful that you are allowing us to be of service.

You have received much information from many sources regarding this time in which you have chosen to have a physical form. May we elaborate for a few moments on how you have created this physical form in which you currently reside?

Your physical form is an aggregate, if you will, of thought forms emanating from your Totality, or Higher Self. This Totality consists of everything that you have ever been or ever will be. To this time, on your planet, most of you have been responding to your history. That is to say, you are allowing your physical form to be guided by what you have experienced in this and other life times.

This would be a reasonable thing to do in light of the history that humanity has endured prior to this time. This history has led to the development of a very strong ego mind that remembers many emotional moments from this and other life times. Such memories have left you cautious and guarded in your responses to current stimuli in your environment. When one chooses to be cautious and guarded, the immediate response of your heart chakra will be to remain closed. This is a protective act that you employ to protect your heart from experiencing more pain and discomfort.

The ego mind will encourage you to do this for it wishes you to understand that it already has all the answers. After all, hasn’t it lived through many uncomfortable experiences with you? Hasn’t it already guided you through these experiences and taught you how to behave in order for it to remain in control? Doesn’t it give you the “right answers” and even predicts where the next onslaught will come from? Wouldn’t you be a fool not to continue to listen to it?

The answers to the above questions are: yes, yes, yes, and no. Your ego mind has been a good source of information in all of your embodiments. You co-created it with the Light, and up to this time it has, for the most part, served you well.

But we will tell you, beloved friends, the knowledge of your ego mind is no longer useful. The planet upon which you are now residing and upon which you will reside in the future is not the same planet that helped you develop this deeply entrenched ego mind. The knowledge contained therein is not at all useful any more in helping you to negotiate the new, subtle but all-powerful frequencies that are permeating your planet at this time.

The confusion you currently see all around you is an excellent example of exactly how useful the constructs of the ego mind are in addressing the demands of the new order that is developing upon your planet as we speak.

You may look at this confusion and think that the God of your choice has abandoned you. But what we would say is that the historically correct God of your choice may not be able to help you through whatever you are experiencing now. This God was constructed from a collective agreement of the ego minds that are no longer able to address the issues that are arising in your world at this time.

You are feeling at times as if the old answers aren’t working and you are struggling mightily to find new ways of coping and dealing with what is currently occurring.

And that is why we have come to you this day.

No, you are not crazy. You have not lost your sanity. But you may need to lose your mind as you’ve known it to this time. And what can replace this mind?

It is the Light that has been and always will be illuminating your heart. Now it is time to understand that what we have spoken of many times is actually occurring in your world. The higher frequencies of Light are taking hold and are trying to help you open your heart so that you can release the pain and fear that you will find within it. Realize that keeping your heart closed will always be more painful than allowing it to open and heal.

Breathe the golden-white Light of Infinite Source through this heart in every moment. Listen, sit, and be still and allow this Light to help you navigate your planet which is not anymore what it has been before. The changes you will see will be enormous to your ego mind. Of course, the ego mind will fight mightily to maintain control -- but it simply cannot. It will be overwhelmed -- and is already overwhelmed -- by the rapidity of change that you are experiencing.

We will heartily encourage you to open and allow these changes to unfold. When fear tries to overtake you again, allow the golden-white Light in your heart to heal the fear and continue to breathe this Light through your heart as you move through your day.

As we have said previously, this Light is omniscient, prescient, and wise beyond any capacity of the ego mind. Allow it to supersede the thoughts of the mind. Allow it to guide you and you will open to a new way of being that will bring harmony, balance, and joy into every moment of your existence – as it will ultimately manifest for your whole plane. You can be one of the beings who choose to co-create this reality for one and all by breathing this golden-white Light throughout your being and your world as it is unfolding now.
